The payment gateway we use for taking payment on our website is stripe.com and they adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We use an external email marketing company mailchimp.com to collect our email addresses and other contact information as stated above. We also use Google Analytics which sets cookies to collect information about how visitors use our website. We use the information to help us improve the website and your overall experience. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to our website and blog, where visitors have come to the website from and the pages they visited. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Currently we use the Post Office as our postal service and not a delivery company. You can also unsubscribe from our marketing by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send to you. When you sign up to our mailing list via our subscribe form, we are currently automatically entering you into our prize drawer to win £50 of Josephs vouchers.
If you are chosen as a monthly winner, you will be notified via email from hello@josephsjewellery.co.uk. If you do not respond or claim your prize within one month we will email you a second time. If you do not claim your prize after 2 calendar months from the first email notification your prize will be forfeited and we will allocate it to someone else.  Please email us after you have signed up if you do not want to be entered into this.
