Delivery Costs:

Delivery to the UK and outside a 5 mile radius from our shop in Ormskirk will be charged at a standard rate of £3.95 per order.

 

We do not provide International Delivery at the moment. 

 

If you have a specific event or date that your items are required by, please let us know and we will try our best to make sure you have the items in time. 

 

Orders over £50 receive FREE delivery.

Delivery to an address within a 5 mile radius will be FREE. Select ‘local’ at the point of checkout. 

 

Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail.

Delivery Times:

 

Silver jewellery (Claudia Bradby, Chloe & Waterford)

We aim to despatch your item/s within 1-2 working days from order so delivery should be complete in 3-5 working days.  Where items are temporarily out of stock, this may take a little longer to despatch your order.  If your delivery should be delayed, you will be contacted by telephone or email and advised of a new delivery date.

Diamond Jewellery

Currently, due to Covid-19, if our Diamond jewellery has become temporarily out of stock it may take up to 6 weeks to get the item of diamond jewellery delivered to you due to manufacturers working limited hours and therefore production being slower than usual. If this is the case, we will inform you straight away. Your card will be charges at time of purchase. If you do not want to wait, then please let us know and we will refund you in full. Alternatively, you can call or email us prior to ordering online to double check we have the item in stock. 

 

Please note your credit/debit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

 

If a parcel is lost, it is not officially deemed so by Royal Mail until 15 days from despatch.

 

Should a delivery not arrive as expected, please contact us immediately.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or a refund.

 

Returns Policy:

Faulty Goods – Any verified faulty goods will be exchanged or fully refunded depending on what you would prefer.  In both cases we will pay the return postage costs.  If you discover a fault with any of our products, please contact us straight away to discuss the options.

 

Non Faulty Goods – If you change your mind about any of our products then they can be exchanged to the same value (excluding any postage costs) or refunded if returned unworn, in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.  For hygiene reasons which we hope you can understand, pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are deemed faulty).  All postage costs are payable by the customer.

 

General – We recommend that in both cases you obtain a receipt form the Post Office as proof of postage.  Any items returned must be clearly labelled ‘bought online’ with a copy of the receipt or invoice.

 

Customer Orders -We will treat each order as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to our terms and conditions.

Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).

 

When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you re-visit our store.

Prices are in GB Pounds Sterling. The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties.

 

In the event of this we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.

 

On occasion prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website; these prices will not be available in-store or over the telephone.
