2001
In 2001, Josephs dream became a reality when he opened his very own store in the historic market town of Ormskirk. After honing his skills behind the scenes in the workshops of independent jewellers, learning the craft and carefully saving for the day he could launch his own store, Joseph finally brought his vision to life.
2005
Josephs grew by opening a second store in Ormskirk, situated opposite the town’s iconic clock tower — the very location from which we proudly continue to trade today.
2010
After Joseph tragically passed away in 2010, his brother Sean vowed to honour his memory and continue the family’s passion for jewellery, dedicating himself to carrying forward the legacy Joseph had so lovingly built.
2015
Danielle, Sean’s daughter, later joined the family business, bringing her own passion, creativity, and fresh perspective to continue the tradition of craftsmanship and dedication that has defined Josephs since its founding.
2024
Josephs reimagined itself through a complete rebrand, redesigning both the shop and the workshop to reflect a modern vision while staying true to the craftsmanship and family values at the heart of the business.
